Gerri Watson

Gerri started her professional career as an R&D Chemist. She gained experience in personal care, homecare, and other daily product category fields. Her vast experience and success with award winning products, and marketplace innovations progressed her to an R&D Vice President Role. Gerri is now working in her own lab as the President of Elite Formulations where she is applying decades of experience.

Gerri, an expert formulation chemist has created products in every segment of the global cosmetic market for companies such as Unilever, Neutrogena, Murad, Rizos Curls, Curldaze, and many more businesses.

Gerri’s innovations have led to four patents in different personal care product spaces. From acne, cleansing, skin care, sun care, hair care, face, lips, anti=aging, cosmetic, and more; her footprint can be seen many products you encounter. A couple of Gerri’s latest innovations is an acne gel that rapidly resolves acne symptoms, and an SPF 50++ face lotion that can be used as a primer before applying make-up and blurs facial imperfections such as fine lines and wrinkles.

A standout graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s Executive MBA program, Gerri applies all of her knowledge, experience, and relationships for product, and brand success.
